Basic principle of ayurveda
This course teaches basics of ayurveda such as tridoshas, darsanam, panchamahabhootas, dinacharya, prakriti, rogirogapareesha etc. Every human being is born with a unique proportion of biologic principles (doshas) – vata, pitta, kapha, representing the individual genetic code which takes part in the forming of our mental and physical characteristics.

Anatomy and Physiology
The Anatomy and Physiology module introduces the structure and function of the human body. Anatomy refers to the internal and external structures of the body and their physical relationships, whereas physiology refers to the study of the functions of those structures.

Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a treatment program for the body, mind, and consciousness that cleanses and rejuvenates. It is based on Ayurvedic principles, every human is a unique phenomenon manifested through the five basic elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. The combination of these elements are three doshas (tridosha): Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and their balance is unique to each individual. When this doshic balance is disturbed it creates disorder resulting in disease.

Pharmacology
Dravyavigjnan or the study of dravya lies at the root of Ayurvedic pharmacology. Dravyas are medicines that must be further purified to become the final medicine consumed by the patient.

In this course, practical session will be conducted such as full body massage, head massage, face massage, special back massage, feet massage, marma massage. Practical session of Vasthi includes kadeevasthi, januvasthi, greevavasthi, sirovasthi, anuvasana vasthi, niruha vasthi, special facial, tharpanam, nasyam, karnapooranam, special thalam, wamanam. Kizhi and Dhara session includes thaila dhara, thakra dhara, ksheera dhara, sirodhara, pizhichil, bandaging, jihwa, lepanam, kabalam, siro pichu, lihwa pichu, gandoosham etc
